Product Care Guide

Washing

If you need to wash your pashmina or cashmere clothing, we recommend hand washing in cool water using a mild, natural detergent, such as natural soap, shampoo, or fabric conditioner. Our pashmina and cashmere is woven from natural fibres and our garments should not be machine washed. If you are trying to remove specific stains, specialist advice should be sought.

If you do hand-wash your pashmina or cashmere, we advise laying the pashmina or cashmere in a clean bowl or bathtub and then soak the item with cool or lukewarm water using a hand-held shower. Gently caress the cashmere or pashmina with a neutral detergent and then leave to soak for about 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water using a hand-held shower. The item can then be blotted dry by laying it on a clean dry towel and then draping it over a shower curtain until it is thoroughly dry.

Ironing

Generally, cashmere and pashminas will not need ironing as the wrinkles will fall out when the item is hung up. If an iron is used, we suggest a cool dry iron is the safest option.
