Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and to send your items on the same day or the next working day.  We will email you to confirm when your pashmina has been sent. 

Standard Shipping (UK Only) - FREE

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked48, which includes tracking and email notification of delivery for extra peace of mind.  Royal Mail aim for delivery within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) within 2 to 4 business days, although this is not guaranteed.  At busy times (like Christmas) delivery to addresses in the UK can take between 2 to 5 working days.

Unfortunately, due to additional export and customs hurdles we are no longer able to send items to addresses outside the UK.

Express Delivery (UK Only) - £4.99

Our customers have the option to choose Express Delivery, which are sent by Royal Mail Tracked24, which includes tracking and email notification of delivery for extra peace of mind. Royal Mail aim for delivery within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) on the next working day after posting, although this is not guaranteed. As above, at busy times (like Christmas), delivery times may be longer.

Guaranteed Next Day (UK Only) - £8.99

If you need an item urgently, we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery that guarantees delivery to addresses in the UK by 1pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday), as well as guaranteed Saturday delivery by 1pm (for orders received on a Friday). These services are available for orders that we receive before 11am Monday to Friday. Sometimes this service is not available due to our availability (such as a family holiday). However, please contact us if you would like this service and we will do our best to help.

If we receive an order including express or guaranteed next day delivery after 11am, we will try our best to post this the same day, but otherwise the item will be sent the next working day. Please note that our Guaranteed Next Day service requires a signature on delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our Guaranteed Next Day service or if you want to double check that your chosen pashmina is in stock. We will always do our best to help.

There may be factors beyond our control that delay the arrival of your pashmina, in which case please wait 5 days from the date you expected to receive the order before contacting us. All of our items are sent with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website.
