The description did include advice that it would be more of a winter white but I decided to risk it. Top-notch service. Top-notch present for my mother. Been looking for something nice for my mother. Found this pashmina on here. Attracted by the price, the wide range of colours to choose from and the nice description of the product backed by numerous positive customers' reviews, I knew I needed to look no further. It was a little tricky placing the order to ship to my mother in Hong Kong at first. It was nice of Jenny from Passionate about Pashmina to get in touch via email giving simple instructions and confirmation of the shipping cost. Order placed in no time. Jenny kept me informed of the progress of my order just as what you would expect with the likes of Amazon. That’s not all. I am not a very thoughtful gift giver. Luckily though, thanks to Jenny, as she kindly emailed me again shortly after the order was placed offering to remove the price tag and add a brief message in the package for my mother for me. A very nice touch indeed! Something that I would never expect from an on-line shop therefore all the more appreciated. Thank you, Jenny! It took exactly one week to arrive at my mum’s. I have just bought a ring stole, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. Before my purchase I contacted Jenny with numerous queries about colours, weaves and textures, her replies were very prompt and comprehensive. After my purchase I was unsure how to remove a sticky label from the pashmina without damaging the fabric, so again I contacted Jenny who in turn got in touch with her supplier and came back to me within one day with a detailed guide of how to do it!!, and it worked! I have been purchasing pashminas from this website for many years now. It took me a while to find the website. Well - now we are talking! Absolutely fabulous pashmina shawl beautifully presented in the deepest, most luxurious shade and highest quality cashmere. I could not find the same quality of wool when I was in Katmandu shopping for cashmere even though I went with a local Nepali - twice! Equally, last year I bought something from a Scottish company and the price was double and the quality very poor. I have previously purchased a solid purple wrap for a 40th gift (see the theme here?!) and on both occasions have been delighted with the service. These stoles are beautifully soft and drape gently.I wear mine as a scarf and love the weight which does not make them bulky.Colours baby pink, eggshell blue and midnight blue are fab and the free scarf with the purchase of two stoles was a nice touch.No doubt that I will certainly be back for more!!
