I now have two pashminas in different colours that I bought for two weddings. They are lovely colours and beautifuly soft cashmere. The different available sizes is very useful. The customer service is excellent, the second one was damaged by Royal Mail sorting machinery, but I rang Robert and he immediately sent out a replacement that vert day. I would highly recommend this company, and will order from them again

Signature Cashmere’s customer service goes above and beyond. I had a problem with my Royal Mail delivery being late so a new pashmina was sent out free of charge even thought the first one wasn’t actually lost. The pashmina was beautiful and excellent quality. I ordered a pashmina for my sons wedding, it came promptly and was very well packed. The pashmina was beautiful, exquisite quality but not the right colour or size so unfortunately I returned it. The refund was dealt with promptly and without any problem.

I recently made an online purchase from Signature Cashmere for an ultrafine Pashmina stole to wear at an Italian wedding. I'd ordered it 6 days beforehand and was dismayed to learn that it was stuck in Medway sorting office. I contacted Robert who was so lovely and helpful. He posted another one out to me immediately - next day delivery at no postage cost to myself. It arrived the next morning as promised and I was thrilled with the colour- orange and quality, beautifully packaged too. Fantastic customer service. I shall definitely be buying from them again.

I found this company so easy to deal with, they delivered on time and also the wraps I bought were of lovely quality & “ bonus” I was buying 2 anyway & there were 3 for the price of 2.
